Class Descriptions


Abs - A short but powerful class offering 15 minutes of core exercises help strengthen & sculpt your abdominal muscles.


Bar Strength - Sculpting each body part using barbells and free weights, this class is perfect for those who want to tone and sculpt their body to perfection.


Barre/Mat Pilates - Lengthening & strengthening Pilates exercises using a ballet barre & mat on the floor.


Boot Camp - Intense cardio mixed with strength training. This high-impact class guarantees results.


Butts & Guts - This challenging 75-minute class concentrates on glutes and abdominal muscles. There is a 5 minute break at 7:10 between each muscle group. Feel free to drop in for one or both portions of this demanding class.


Cardio Dance - A mix of all styles of dance that includes, but is not limited to dance aerobics, line dancing, specific chorographical dances, etc for a fun workout.


Cardio Interval - Combines Hi/Lo Impact cardio with resistance training in short intervals providing a total body workout.


Cardio Pump - A group class using barbells with adjustable weights, but with an emphasis on cardiovascular training. A class for burning fat while developing muscle strength. Major muscle groups are worked using a series of exercises including squats, presses, and lifts.


Cardio Theater - Join us in the Spinning studio as this self-coached ride takes you to Southern California, the Rocky Mountains, Las Vegas, North Carolina, etc. Follow professional cyclists on our 65” TV’s and take a vacation while you burn the cals!


Cross Training - This 45 minute total body workout includes cardio of all types and strength toning exercises. Be ready for a different class each day!


Low Impact Aerobics - A group fitness class designed for all ages. The class includes a cardio segment, strength, balance, and flexibility training.


Pilates - Basic mat session designed to lengthen and strengthen your body with emphasis on core muscles.


Spinning® - Recognized as one of the top 12 studios in the United States, Tony’s indoor cycling classes provide an intense, heart -pounding yet low-impact workout in a motivating group environment. Pre-requisite: Spin 101


Spin 101 -This 45 minute class teaches you how to set up and select your bike, explains contra-indicated movements and execution of pedal strokes, anaerobic vs aerobic, nutrition, rules of the class and the five basic transitions on a bike.


Step & Sculpt - A 60-minute class with 30 minutes of step/30 minutes of weight training.


Step Interval - Combines Step aerobics with resistance training in short intervals providing a total body workout.


Toning -.Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. The perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.


Yoga Gentle - Gentle yoga poses are designed to increase flexibility. Class is non-competitive and held in a darkened room. All ages and levels are welcome.


Zumba - A dance fitness program that combines Latin & international music into an exhilarating, calorie burning fitness party while toning and sculpting your body.


Gold - The same elements of Zumba yet targeted towards active older adults, beginners to Zumba, & physically deconditioned participants.
